    Stable frequency

    Spark restrains    
      With NL-5557 high sensitivity spark suppression circuits, Accurate detection of the imbalance current. Can instantly cut off     
      the supply of the oscillation loop to restrain the sparks to protect the mold, raw materials and products. At the same time   
      warning lights will send you the alert.   
      
    Strong out-put power   
      Using aluminum material with good quality and low-loss coaxial resonator. More stable output high frequency.    
      Stronger radiation shielding. A good output waveform. The maximum pressure up to 50T, more efficiency.   
      Oscillation current regulation   
      Different output power based on product size and thickness is available.    
      You can control the welding and guarantee the homogeneity of the quality   
    
    Welding mould(die)   
      High frequency machine must work with high frequency welding die. More than getting perfect welding and cutting    
      effect,we do some special treatment on the welding die by ourselves to make it more durable. Our client can use it    
      for about 10 million times without any replacement of the down mould.    

    H shape construction frame
      Installed with H shape construction frame to support high working pressure.
      shuttle style with two working positions to achieve high productivity.

     Security   
      With over-voltage, over-current protection devices, can automatically cut off the supply to protect the oscillation tube   
      and the rectifier, at the same time avoid frequency drift.
